Early check-in and late check-out:
If you plan to arrive early and immediately move into a room, please book your room from the previous night. Also we recommend doing it with late departure: booking of additional nights will allow you to stay in the room until the departure. If you decide not to book another night, you can drop off your luggage on the storage and use the services of our hotel.

Cancelation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received by the hotel 24 hours before the arrival date of the Guest. Terms may vary depending on the arrival date, room type and the type of booking. If a notice of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received within the allotted time, the hotel will charge first night. Please do not hesitate to ask our Reservation department about cancellations and deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Kids policy:
The hotel does not charge an additional fee for the accommodation of children under 12 years, sharing a room with parents or guardians (if the room size allows this). For accommodation of two adults and two children under the age of 18 years in two shared rooms (if available) may apply special rates.
